I recently visited your showroom to purchase a new bike, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.Firstly, upon purchasing a new bike, I was surprised to find out that the showroom did not provide a helmet along with the bike, which is a basic safety requirement. This left me feeling unsafe and disappointed with the customer service provided.Furthermore, after making the purchase, I was told that the delivery would only take 30 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for a staggering 2 hours without any updates or information about the delay. This lack of communication and disregard for my time was extremely frustrating.To add to the frustration, upon receiving the bike, I noticed that the number plate was not ready, which further prolonged the entire process. Additionally, there was no executive available to address my concerns or assist with the delivery, leaving me feeling neglected as a customer.I trust that Honda, a reputable and esteemed brand, values its customers and their experiences. Therefore, I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and measures will be put in place to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar issues. No delivery assistant was present to give the delivery. Me nd my friends took the keys from display me nd clicked photos

Zero rating, absolutely worst experience ever. Special thanks to Mr. Anurag for making my bike delivery experience an absolute disaster. I would recommend rohan honda over pashankar honda. Sales personnel and staff members of pashankar honda are adamant and disrespectful towards customers and they don't have the audacity to accept their mistakes.

We had visited this showroom yesterday for bike enquiry but one of the representative continuously speaking on phone and no one came us to show and tell about the model. So left the showroom without any quotation, I think Honda is now careless about the customer or may be they have now high sell so no matter if they loose the customer. Please be attentive to the customer.

Disappointing Experience at Pashankar Honda, J M Road!Rating: 1/5I recently purchased a vehicle from Pashankar Honda, J M Road, but was disappointed with the service. Here are the issues:1.⁠ ⁠No helmet provided as per RTO rules.2.⁠ ⁠No Haladi Kunku (turmeric-vermilion) for pooja, a basic courtesy.3.⁠ ⁠Sales personnel were inattentive and unprofessional.Unfortunately, I do not recommend Pashankar Honda, J M Road due to their subpar service.

Really bad staff, they don’t even bother to speak to you. Their attitude is like they’re doing a favour. Worst experience. I’ll suggest better you go to TVS showroom. Better staff and service. Won’t suggest this pathetic place. Don’t even deserve 1 star rating.
